PE perforated plum-blossom pipe is a kind of plum-blossom-shaped communication pipe, also called plum-blossom pipe and honeycomb pipe, which is made of PE particles as the main material and other formulas through a unique mold. USE SCOPE
1 the buried trench of the pipeline should be as straight as possible according to the design requirements and construction operations, such as uneven bottom of the trench can be paved with a layer of fine sand. Before burying the pipe, the hard material in the ditch should be removed to prevent the pipe from deformation. When starting to bury the pipe, 10-15CM of the porous pipe should be reserved in the manhole to run the cable. The tube should be blocked against the tube exposed to the end of the manhole. When burying the pipe, it is forbidden to mix the foreign matter into the pipe.
2 The pipe connection places the pipe-shaped locating rib upward, cleans the outer wall of the end pipe, then inserts the direct end bearing port, padding a plank on the end surface, hitting the plank with a hammer to make the pipe socket in place. At the directly opposite end of the socket, insert another tube directly into the socket and hold it in place, thus extending to the next manhole. 3. After the docking is completed, one end of the manhole should be plugged with a pipe plug to prevent foreign body invasion. 4. after the pipe is laid, should first use fine sand or fine soil back-fill the height of the pipe, can not make the pipe hanging state, and then back-fill other soil, prohibit the big stones, big dry soil to hit the pipe. When the pipeline passes through the section which is seriously damaged by external force, the connecting hole is covered with cement concrete to ensure its absolute safety.
