PPR Welding Machine Details and Function:
1.PPR Welding Machine is also called heat sealer. Heat sealer is a kind of machine for heating and connecting PPR pipe.
2.It has two types of adjustable temperature control and fixed temperature control. Its specifications are the same as the pipe specifications.
3.It can be used for other materials such as PE, PP, etc.
4.Hot melter is a professional welding tool for heating and melting thermoplastic pipes and molds and then connecting them.
5.The fuser plays a vital role in connecting pipes and fittings.
PPR Welding Machine Instructions:
1. Install the heating head of the fixed fusion splicer, place the fusion splicer on the rack, install the corresponding heating die according to the required pipe specifications, and tighten with an internal hexagon, generally small at the front and large at the rear.
2. Turn on the power Turn on the power (note that the power supply must have a protective grounding wire), the green indicator light is on and the red indicator light is off. Indicates that the splicer has entered the automatic control state and can be operated. Note: In the state of automatic temperature control, this means that the splicer is in a controlled state and does not affect the operation.
3. Welding the pipe Use a pipe cutter to cut the pipe vertically, push the pipe and fittings into the welder die head without rotation at the same time, and operate according to the requirements in the table below. After reaching the heating time, immediately remove the pipe and pipe from the die at the same time, and quickly and straightly insert it to the required depth without rotation to make the joint open into a uniform flange.
PPR Welding Machine Precautions:
1. Don't change the plug, please insert the plug into the grounding socket when using it.
2. During use, hands and flammable materials should not touch the fused heat block to avoid accidents.
3. Non-professional products must not be opened to prevent electric shock and damage to the safety performance of the instrument.
4. If the red indicator does not change for a long time, it means that the instrument has failed. Stop working immediately and cut off the power.
5. If there is a fault, it should be sent to the local distributors or manufacturers for repair. The user must not disassemble at will.
6. If the operating environment temperature is lower than 5 ºC, the heating time will be extended by 50%.
7. The temperature of the splicer has been adjusted when it leaves the factory. Non-professionals must not adjust it at will to avoid affecting the normal use and life of the splicer.

How to use 110v ppr welding machine
1. Apply die head
Place the welding machine on the stander, chose die head according to pipe's diameter, and fix it on the machine. In regular, the small end is at the front, the bigger end at the back.
2. Power on
Power on (make sure the power should be with leakage current protector) , the green light and the red light on, wait till the red light off and keep greenlight on, which indicates the machine enter into auto temperature control mode and the machine can be used.
Note: during the auto temperature control mode, the red and the green light will be on and off alternatively, this indicates that the machine is under control and it will not affect operating.
3. Fusion pipes
Using cutter to cut pipe vertically, push the pipe and fitting into die head without any rotation. Take them off immediately when heating time reached (see the table below) and insert.
Note: If operating environment temperature is lower than 5 ºC, heating time be prolonged by 50%.
