Product Description

The HDPE Carbon Corrugated Conduit is a flexible, coilable cable protection pipe manufactured from virgin high-density polyethylene modified with carbon black masterbatch. Its single-wall corrugated structure delivers an excellent balance of compressive strength, flexibility and light weight, making it the standard choice for underground power cable protection and fiber optic cable ducting. Available in nominal outer diameters from DN50 to DN250 mm and supplied in 50 m, 100 m or 200 m coils, it is produced in accordance with DL/T 802 for power cable applications in the Chinese market and can be supplied to match EN/IEC 61386 requirements for international projects. The carbon black formulation provides outstanding UV and aging resistance, while the corrugated profile gives high crush resistance at low material weight, enabling fast, low-cost installation in cable trenches, road crossings and municipal networks.
